Andrew founded Bluetone in 2004 and has 20 years’ experience in the communications industry. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this field and wants to make himself contactable to new and existing clients. Andrew's experience was gained through running mobile phone shops and working in the corporate sector, providing an understanding of what’s important to business customers.
James co-founded Bluetone with Andrew and has been in the communications industry for 12 years.

Ade joined the Bluetone team in 2013 after nearly 20 years in Financial Services. He brings with him a management reporting, systems management and business analysis skill set to further support Bluetone. Ade's role is to keep our IT and operations running smoothly and develop and enhance the company infrastructure to support our continued year on year growth.
Working in the city Jon is an investor in the business and has helped the company grow securing blue chip contracts within the finance sector. Jon’s worked in the foreign exchange industry for more than 20 years and recently moved into a director position within his company, responsible for leading sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
Mike has 15 years industry experience and works in the city of London. He brings with him the most senior salesman knowledge and experience of the team. Mike’s role is to work with blue chip corporate clients securing new business and maintaining our existing base by providing the excellent service and savings associated with the Bluetone brand.
Amy has 9 years’ experience and specialises not only in mobile but also heads up Bluetone’s fixed and IP landline solutions for our clients. Based in Dorset, Amy extends the reach of the business along the South coast from our head office in Brighton. She really is the expert in all things landline and will be happy to assist with you any questions you may have about your requirements
Michelle has joined the team to manage the Bluetone customer service department. Michelle’s an outstanding P.A. with over 20 years’ experience in organising and managing both customer and company administration and projects. Should you need anything customer service related then Michelle’s the person to contact.
Iain recently joined Bluetone having worked for global companies, such as Coors, holding positions of senior management and directorships he has gained a huge understanding of corporate business. Iain is a self-motivated and results based individual with strong business skills gained in a variety of long-term sales positions. A natural relationship builder, effective thinker and problem solver with excellent sales and business development skills he has managed clients effectively and knowledgably ensuring they remain committed to Bluetone as their telecoms provider.
Linda joined Bluetone in 2010 to keep the financial cogs well-oiled for the business and has made a significant contribution in this area improving the structure and efficiency of the department. Linda has an interesting career history as she has previously been a computer programmer and a Personal Assistant for a blue chip director.
